Facebook feed stopped working since 2.7.5 update

    Can you confirm that you were on version 2.7.4 and when moving to 2.7.5 the feed stopped working?

    Are you using the widget, or the shortcode?

    I am also on 2.7.5 and I used the shortcode. It was working on my page, but now there is nothing showing.

    Hey Paul!

    I just visited your website and see our feed is loading correctly.

    Did you do anything to address the issue, or did it resolve itself?

    We have received reports from slow calls to the Facebook API – if the API takes too long to respond then we don’t get any feed data from Facebook and so it won’t display. I’m wondering if this was occurring with you?

    Please let me know anything you did to fix it.

    I’m going to assume this issue is fixed – it appears functional on the website and I haven’t heard further.
