Error with 4.0 local install

    I have successfully installed 4.0 on my local machine, but i keep getting errors like these all over the place “Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\class-http.php on line 1421”

    What do i do?
