Image URL Property in shortcode

Good Evening..,
I have created shortcode for team.In this shortcode i have used image url property to include team image.
The problem is that, If i use placeholder image link
(ex: https://placehold.it/940×769 ),page will load correctly.
If i use image link (ex: https://wac.bee4.edgecastcdn.net/80BEE4/cdn-designthemes/themes/dt-dreamspa/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/team1.jpg), Server not found error will occur.
This issues occurs only wordpress4.0 . So How to fix this issues.
The same team shortcodes works fine in wordpress3.9.
Please Help me to FIX.
