I’d like to use an existing media image we already uploaded to WP as an infographic. Is there a way to browse and connect those instead of pasting the URL?

Second I’d like to edit the embed text, I think now that is only possible using “edit” of your plugin code. It would be great if we could edit them somewhere in settings.

Sure thing, Dennis. Find the image in your Media Library, select the image, and then look for the URL. That’s what you want!

You can edit the embed text with built-in filters. Check out the Installation tab, and let me know if I can help you get those together.

Hi Cliff, it was more a feature request. I know how to do it the way it’s now. What about a “add media” option so I can upload it from the post and not have to first add media, copy and paste URL…

    Ah, gotcha.

The most common workflow is to show the image in the content, and then just allow the embedding below. In that case, the image is already uploaded in the post view and the URL is easy to grab. I’ll keep it in mind, though!

I guess you are right… thats our process as well… I’m not not a person that loves copy/paste… lazy ??
