Position Banner in Header

Hi,

I’m trying to align a banner ad with the site’s logo so that everything is level/even from left to right. Right now, I can’t figure out how to move the banner using CSS. Or, I can, but something seems to be blocking it from displaying properly.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks for any help, especially the kind where you give me the exact CSS and whereabout in my stylesheet I should put it.
