Uploading ZIP and SWF files

I am wondering if I were to install this plugin when I upload ZIP and SWF files to media library, do they also get transferred to my buckets within my S3 account.
And if they do, is there any way I can make only images, not ZIP and SWF files go to my buckets? As I am only wanting images to be hosted at AS3.
