Shortcodes Ultimate Window Not Popping Out

I have same problem.Old shortcodes are working,but i cant add new one.Please help,i need to work on my site,and this is my best plugin

It’s working for me on a clean install and a default theme. It sounds like a JavaScript error or conflict with another plugin or theme. If you hit F12 in Chrome or Firefox you can see any JavaScript errors, they’re usually in red.

There are two instances of the Zopim live chat script. Only one is necessary and the second one was added incorrectly as it has a <script> tag inside another<script> tag.

Then i don’t know what to do…

I still have problem with adding new short code.I delete zopim live chat and script,and short code ultimate still not working.I am not expert and i use short code plugin to manage my site,and now i am stuck for days.Please help

Isolate the problem by deactivating all plugins and selecting a default theme like TwentyFourteen. If the site works then change the theme. If the site breaks then your theme is the problem. If it’s not the theme, then start activating plugins one by one until it breaks, checking F12 every time.

I work on DMS theme,and my site works well,except short code plugin.I copy code and it works,and all old codes are working,but when i click on icon “insert short code” on page edit nothing happens.I didn’t install new plugin for few months,except zopim

cvirena, with F12 open and on the Console tab, do you get any error when you click on “insert shortcode” icon?

What version of this plugin are you using?
What version of WordPress?
What version of DMS theme?

Shortcodes Ultimate Version 4.9.2

You must take the steps I outlined above to isolate the plugin causing these errors. Try these instructions as well. If you care to send me a temporary admin login via my profile contact, I will be glad to sort it out for you.

If you isolate a particular plugin can you post which one?
