• I am not a WP newbie and it is driving me crazy that there does not seem to be a relatively simple, off-the-shelf way to split or A/B test between two completely different themes, with WP Supercache installed. My site gets far too much traffic to have a solution that does not work with caching.

Most, if not all of the plugins I’ve seen for A/B testing are for doing tests on specific pages, not a complete, run of site test for theme A vs (completely different) theme B. Also the ability to determine what percentage of visitors sees each theme (like for a slow redesign rollout) would be helpful.

I cannot believe that I have not been able to find something that does the above, while allowing caching. I’m even looking at setting up a separate server with a different install of WordPress pointing at the same database, but my admin tells me there are issues with doing this related to the use of a CDN and caching.

    Any help????

    Thanks
