Sending Multiple Tweets at the Same Time

    Hello,

    I’m looking forward to using this plugin, but I have an error I could use some help troubleshooting.

    My Twitter posts are sending 2 articles at a time when the setting is set to 1 at a time.

    I saw that other plugins can be the culprit, so here is a list of active plugins:

    404 Error Logger
    BAW Manual Related Posts
    Easy Table
    GIF Animation Preview
    Google XML Sitemaps
    Gravatar Widget
    Insert Headers and Footers
    Jetpack by WordPress.com
    Peter’s Post Notes
    Post Snippets

    UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
    Wordpress SEO
    WP Date Remover
    WP Spam Blacklister
    WP Super Cache

    Any of these known offenders with Revive Old Post?

    Hi Kathy,

    It’s a shame that you have this issue, is a known one, however I can’t really understand it or replicate.

    I don’t think a plugin is harming it, I am thinking just in case that a schedule is missed, is triggered twice.

    Hi, I have the same problem. It tweets 2 or 3 posts, but I have configured with 1 post.
    Any updates for this bug?

    I am also having this same issue. I noticed in my Twitter timeline that sometimes 2 or 3 posts get tweeted back to back when I only have mine set to 1 post every 4 hours.

    Sorry I am still not able to find the issue or to work a solution for it since I can replicate, after a lot of tests I saw that after he tweet 2-3 posts few times it starts working fine, I will post an update once I find out the problem.

    I suspect that if the schedule is missed the wp cron tries to re-run the missed schedules..
