S2Member Downloads can I see if-when-what?

  • I have a customer whose yearly subscription renewed yesterday, they are requesting to cancel their membership and want a full refund. Which I am happy to do but i see that they logged into my site yesterday. So if they downloaded items, on the day the membership renewed, that would not be fair to give them an full refund. Is there a way to see if/what my members have downloaded and when? Thanks so much!!

    I found some code tuts that I thought might help but I am not getting what I need, here is what I did and my results.

    <?php echo s2member_user_downloads(($user_id = usersnamehere)); ?>

    I preview my page and it says Array

    <?php echo s2member_user_downloads_currently(($user_id = usersnamehere)); ?>

    I preview my page and it shows nothing at all
