Can't create Home slider elsewhere

I am using Creative theme, which has an option in the posts to make your featured image go into the slider that shows up on the home page. I Love that slider – it’s the full width of the screen, has no text on it, I like the scrolling icons. However, I need a static page, and as such, I need to create a separate slider, which doesn’t offer that same option. It’s not as wide as the screen, there’re caption titles, and the scrolling dots are different. Also, it changes the quality of the photos being used for the worse.

Is there a way to have the home page slider (through the post access) be a option when creating a slider?
