Installing the back up on my blog, part II

    Hi if there is anyone here who can assist me or point me in the right direction with this plug-in stuff, I would appreciate it.

    I am new to this and going on my third day trying to get this back up installed.

    I’m trying to install the back up plug in. I’m on a Mac. I went to this website and followed the instructions but I still can’t figure it out:

    What am I doing wrong? I got as far as downloading the thing. I have a wp-db-backup.php file that I am supposed to upload to wp-content/plugins and then activate it under the plugins menu.

    I have tried this blind but it did not work. If there is anyone who can help me troubleshoot why I cannot install this, I would appreciate the help. I don’t know it I have the right applications or what.

    I am not running a local server or other on my Mac. I’m am using what I was given in the Mac, regular space.
