    WordPress – 3.9.2
    Woocommerce – 2.1.8

Had been using this theme so far -https://www.8theme.com/site_demo/#blanco-wo

Where we had created Custom Tabs for all products – The UI in the product page in admin console was like this, “Custom Tabs” plugin had a separate section, just like the sections like “Reviews”, “Products Short Description” etc.

We Updated to this theme – https://themeforest.net/item/kallyas-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/4091658

Now the separate section with the custom tabs data in the products page in admin disappeared – and the custom tab is added to the “Product Data” section and all the data is missing.

If I re-enable the old theme, I can see that separate section once again will all my data. Is something wrong with the new theme, if yes – what should have they missed not to see the data in the admin as well as the Front end?

    Thanks in advance.

    hey jsanthoz,

Definitely sounds theme-related, based on the fact that if you switch themes the issue goes away. It’s especially odd that the theme would be impacting the WP Admin, that is quite uncommon with theme issues.

I guess I would recommend opening a ticket with the theme author

    Best of luck,
    Justin
