Form not working after transfer to live server

    Hi there,

    First I just want to say that this is a brilliant plugin and congrats on a great job.
    It worked perfectly fine for me on localhost but after uploading to web server the plugin does not seem to work. The form doesn’t display in the frontend and the form builder appears broken in the backend.

    Changing the script load method to direct does not help. I assume it’s a JS conflict somewhere but I’m at a loss as to why it worked locally.
    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    Is there a solution to this problem? I have the same issue in that the back-end form builder isn’t working on the live server.

    Hi,

    The form builder is generated with javascript, but if any other plugin in your WordPress generates an unmanaged error, the others javascript codes on the same page, can stop working, but the only way I can help you to identify the code responsible of the error, is accessing to the forms builder in your website.

    Hi Codepeople. Thanks for the reply. I’ve accidentally found the source of the problem. I’ve been running 2 sites off the same server by renaming the index.php file in the root directory. The WordPress admin pages work fine even if the front end is offline, however it must be upsetting the Form Builder. It’s a little bit inconvenient, but at least I know your plugin is working for me.

    Have you tried installing the Calculated Fields Form in both websites?

    The other website is Drupal not WordPress unfortunately.
