    Hi Tobias,
I am hoping your TablePress is the solution for our new WordPress site which is being built offline.
We have a calculator .xlxs form ready which looks like this in its normal state, prior to importing into TablePress:
    Can we send attachments?

and would like to import it into our site to enable customers to input and use the calculator to gain their relevant information.
We discovered your plugin and added it to our dashboard and activated it successfully.
We uploaded our .xlxs form and placed the short code on the page where we wish it to appear.
The imported .xlxs table looks like this:
    Can we send attachments?

The areas which should allow input and re-calculation are not working currently.
The calculator is not working in its current state using the short code procedure.
Can you advise how we can get the .xlxs calculator to function when introduced into our nominated page?
Your direction would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Unfortunately, I’ll have to disappoint you here. TablePress can import xlsx files, but only the static data from it. It can not import features like a form in the Excel file, thus it is not possible to use TablePress to let visitors perform calculations. For that, you will need to use a forms plugin with some extra code that has your formulas.

    Regards,
    Tobias
