Paypal Advanced Orders are Pending

We’ve just installed the jigoshop and are using the Paypal Advanced Payment plugin. We have the advanced payment plugin transaction type set to “sale”, and payments are getting approved and captured. However, Jigoshop shows these orders as “pending” and no order confimation is sent.
