How to change number of article from the first page

  • Hello,

    I’m using hueman theme on my blog and in the first page i have 10 articles and it’s not look nice because i have one article in the front of the page and 2 columms with 5 and 4 article. I want to set 9 or 7 article on the first page and i dont find where to change it.

    Can you help me?

  • While in your sites dashboard go to settings> reading> Blog pages show at most> then set it to whatever number you want. Just don’t forget to save your settings. That should do it. Please mark this thread [resolved] if this solves your issue.

    Sorry but this is not the correct solution for this theme. The theme override the wordpress settings. I allready try this option and dont work for this.

    Any solution?

    Sorry to hear that but this is exactly how I limited the amount of posts shown per page on my Hueman themed site. I find it a little strange, considering that the hueman theme does not have a show post per page setting, that it would override the WP settings.

    FYI the “Blog pages show at most” setting doesn’t include any featured post so if you are looking to have an even amount of post shown on your front page you need to use an even number.

    Good luck and maybe somebody else can help you figure this out.
