Changing Font Size of the Title

Suggest that you install a browser inspector like firebug, it shows you how your html is formed and how your css is working.

In this case it will let you see just which elements you want to target, which font and size is currently active etc.

Of course you should ve using a child theme to protect your changes:
Make sure you are using a child theme first.

You can change them by applying styles to your style.css file like this:

h1 {
font-size: 20px;
}

span {
font-size: 18px;
}

You don’t need to use a child theme if you know what you’re doing and don’t plan to update the theme.

Go to Apperance -> Theme Options
Click on Tools Tabs.
You will find a field to enter custom CSS. Paste your CSS there.
With this you won’t have to lose your changes in futures updates.
