way to remove the page to edit the tables

    Hi Tobias,

    Me again, just bump with an idea to make it more useful to me. Client just need to upload the excel file, and display it into the front end, no need to edit it on the backend, they have in current 53,000 rows and 3 column of csv file uploaded inside a zip.

    My question, is it possible to disable or remove the edit table page, Including all js execution that is not needed. Process only should be,
    1. Import a zipped.csv
    2. then a succesfull import message.
    3. Show the table in the front end. Fin

    The objective is to resolve the freezing issue of our browser when uploading a huge row zipped csv file.

    Im really hoping for your help. Thanks in advance

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    I understand what you mean here, and I’ve thought about this a bit now, but I don’t really see a good way to implement this, without breaking other things ??

    I can therefore only recommend to click the “Cancel” button in the browser (usually a red X), once the “Edit” screen is starting to load…
