Ajax Navigation displays inaccurate info

I recently added the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Navigation to my site. We sell used golfballs and need the Navigation to filter Brand, Model, and Grade. When you search using YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Search the numbers generated for Brand, Model, and Grade are often erroneous. Type in TopFlite and the only Grade that shows up in the GRADE filter is our B/C grade even tho the actual search displays Mint and A/B grades in the results on the same page. Type in Titleist and it displays 80 results….but the filters report on 36…and the Grade only reports Refurbished although there are Mint, Near Mint, and A/B displayed in columns to the left.

I have no idea how to fix this….if it is a problem with the widget or the data. I have checked the products’ category info and they are all accurate. Any ideas??
