QuickInstall overwrites existing database rather than create new one

  • I’ve installed WordPress through my cpanels hundreds of times, but now it keeps overwriting wrdp1 using QuickInstall.

    How can I stop this? If I create a database for the domain, will QuickInstall use that?

    I’d check with your hosting provider. Maybe you’ve reached the max number of databases allowed by your account? Maybe they have changed their configurations for quickinstalls?

    Regardless, this is something you want to work with your host with.
