• Hi,

I found out today that my widgets, that are placed in a Woosidebar widget area, only work when user is on the homepage. When I go to a category page, where also the sidebar is showed, All the sliders and “moving” sidebars are not working.

I think that the problem is in like a javascript or jquery error or something like that, because several moving widgets have the same issue. But I dont know how to solve something like that…..

I also have other plugins that minify and optimize javascript, css and html scripts, these are W3TC , Autoptimizer, Use Google Libraries is also installed.

I dont know where to search, coding is not my best side of webdesign. Who has any ideas how to solve an issue like this?

    My website is https://www.computershop-online.nl

    Thanks is advance!

    With kind regards,

    Gaston

  • You have an issue with a google file linking through cloud flare. One of your plugins is not working just deactivate and clear you cache. Start with the google libraries plugin.

    Dear Kadence Themes,

I tried what you suggested, I deactivated the Google Libraries plugin, after that I deleted the W3TC cache, and also I purged the cache on CloudFlare, no result, I also looked on the internet to find out how to exclude sidebars from caching, but I don’t know if that is the right direction to search for a solution……

    Oops, i forget something,

I have an example, just have a look at the following URL, that you will see that all the sliding plugins on the sidebar are not sliding….

I still see an error where scripts aren’t loading and your plugins js are having unified errors.

Your calling in a script through cloudflare that still shows as not found.

You can see these issues by right clicking and choosing inspect in the popup window

I would back up. undo your minify, cache and get things working. Then be aware that some plugins are not able to be minified. Either way you would need to take that up with the plugin authors.

    Hi,

I think I will leave it as it is then, this is to risky, and is going to take too much time, I have a business running on this website, and I dont want to break the site with this….

    But thanks for your investigation.
