Fatal Error after activating nexgen gallery plug in

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_cache_add() (previously declared in /home3/tifsra/public_html/wp-content/object-cache.php:91) in /home3/tifsra/public_html/wp-includes/cache.php on line 28

    This is the error that shows for https://www.feedtheworld.org

    Steps that caused the error:
    Downloaded nexgen gallery then went to activate the plugin, next thing my screen was showing this error. I can not get back to the dashboard or login.
