When filter is enabled, "No jobs" show

Odd. What other plugins are you running? Possibly another plugin affecting the ajax load (this goes via admin). I’ve seen ‘security’ plugins do this, and plugins such as WPML.

Is press permit the one which is breaking it?

It’s usually a config, but you need to find out which plugin is doing it first.

I think it is this one. When I turn off the Press Permit plug-in, the filter seems to work fine. Press Permit allows pages to open up visibility to pages that might otherwise be hidden from a role. It allows exceptions so an admin can allow someone who doesn’t have out-of-the-box WP permissions to be able to view a private page.

However the jobs are public pages and I’ve added exceptions to allow anonymous users to see these pages as well — hoping that would resolve the issue. Do you know if there is a way for me to customize the config file so the Job Manager plug-in isn’t controlled by it? Thank you for your time in advance!

I don’t know about that – does it have settings to exclude a post type? If so, exclude job_listing post type.
