Need help choosing one theme (free or pay) and one plugin

Hi everyone.

I’ve done a few websites with WordPress but i usually feel i don’t choose the right themes for what i want to do and i end up having to change lots os stuff on code and i’m not that comfortable, so here it is. I want a theme that is easy to customize and has the following stuff:

– Option for a multilingual website;
– Has a main menu that stays on top of the page, even when you scroll down;
– has different types of page templates;
– something like this: https://www.visitportugal.com/

One good plugin to include forms that people can fill and send to your email.
