    Hello,

I’m sorry you are having issues. I honestly have never seen this happen before, Looking at the front end there is corrupted information in there somewhere.

I’ll take a look at my end about sanitisation of the text entered, in the mean time, go to the FTP root of your website. Go into the wp-content folder, then look for the plugin folder. In there you will see the folder for my plugin. Either delete that or rename it. This will completely deactivate everything to do with my plugin.

In the mean time are you able to email me the text you put into the fields, so I can test my end and see what corrupted.

Also if you don’t mind me asking, do you know what version of WordPress you were running?

    Thank you for your patience.

Hi Mike, thanks for the quick response – and sorry for the delay in mine.

I wasn’t quite clear in my first enquiry – the backend of WordPress worked fine, just the URL was a blank page for non-logged in users. I turned it off and on again and the problem seems to have fixed itself. I’ll let you know if I have any further issues.

    Thanks.

    Hi Robodashy,

I’m glad everything is sorted now. I’m going to mark this as resolved now then. If you have any other issues please feel free to open another support ticket of email me directly at [email protected] and I’ll see what I can do to help.

Thanks and Good Luck with your site!

I would like to report that I had the exact same issue.

When first installing and activating the plugin I receive a blank page for the non-admin users, and only admin access for admin users. After deactivating and activating the plugin it seems to work fine.

    Thank you,

    Hello MeRuud,

May I ask what other plugins you had active when you encountered the issue please?

I want to try to recreate the same environment you had the issues with so I can properly test my plugin.

    Thank you!

It is a complete fresh installation of WordPress with the latest version and the default theme. The under construction plugin is the first and only plugin currently installed.

This is my setup stack btw – a bit non-traditional:
    – Percona DB (MySQL)
    – HHVM (PHP Parser)
    – Nginx
    – Varnish (Running by default)
    – Memcached and APC

Also on the same note, the first time I activated the plugin it showed me all available options; eg. it showed the custom html block and the quick creator – after saving the settings it would hide the html block (when quick creator is selected) or hide the quick creator (when html block is selected).

Hope this help, let me know if you need anything else.
    Thanks,

Thank you for that information! I’ll get to testing.

Righty ho, the second issue is definitely a Javascript issue. I’ll have that fixed easily by the next update.

If you have any other issues don’t hesitate to either post here or email me directly ([email protected]) and I’ll take a look!

    Thanks again for your help!
