How to remove avatar, written by: , & last revised by:

  • Below the ending of a post it displays the avatar, “written by”, & “last revised by”. I would like to remove these, without removing the author & date from the top of the post right below the post title. Where can I find these functions to remove them?

  • Are you talking about the author bio? There’s a setting in the Theme Options under BLOG called ‘Single — Author Bio’ which you can turn off.

    If that’s not it then please post a link to your site here so we can see it. You should be able to hide it with some custom CSS

    I am trying to turn off the elements that are in the red box on the bottom of the blog post. That includes the avatar, the written by, & last revised by. I DO NOT WANT to turn off the one at the top of the page right below the title with by author & date.

    I tried turning off author bio in the theme blog options, but that did not work.

    I would like to turn off the elements in the red box site wide for all posts.
