Processing fee for donation

Hi,
I used this plugin and tried to test the donation. I donated a penny (to test), and PayPal took a penny processing fee. Is this suppose to happen? Am I suppose to configure something?
Should I make a customized PayPal page to make sure that it is sent as a gift instead of a payment?
