Testing on PHP 5.5 – form is missing the text

    UPDATE:

    it’s only when the Multisite is used. Even there it is working when the main site is used, but there’s a problem on sub-blogs.
    Also if I try to submit the form it doesn’t give any notice after the page refreshes (since I have empty fields, it should mark them).

    On the non-MU installation it is working.

    Yeah thanks for the feedback but the plugin isn’t tested for MultiSite use at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience. Should be working 100% on regular WordPress ??
