How to set the wordpress cookie when using subdomain

  • Hello, I have just installed vbridge plugin and am using wordpress in a subdomain. vbridge is a plugin that is suppose to allow the vbulletin user to be able to access the wordpress and wordpress is suppose to recognize them as wordpress users.

    If I have wordpress installed in the same domain as vbulletin everything works the way it is suppose to but if I install wordpress in a subdomain it does not. I am pretty sure this is a cookie problem and the wordpress is not seeing the vb cookies in the domain. I tried pointing the wordpress cookies to the domain instead of the subdomain with no good results. Anyone doing this or have an idea how I can get wordpress to see and use the domain cookies?
