AD SENSE in the central column and in every post

  • Hi!
    I’ve just installed my new wordpress 2.1.2.blog (theme: fjords 01 1.0)

    I need help, if you can.

    I’d like to:
    1. put the adsense square 300×250 in the central column
    2. put the adsense banner 468×60 at the end of every post that I write
    but…I don’t know how to.

    Someone can help me, please?
