Contact Form pre select drop down from address

Hey,

i want to use personalized mail forms.
I have a drop down for the recipients on my mail form.
Is it possible when i click a special link on my site that one of that recipients is already selected. Like https://www.myadress.com/contact/adress=user1 for the first option in the drop down?

Is that possible?
