Locked out from admin site

  • I get this message when I try to log in as admin:
    [RocketTab] The socket connection to 127.0.0.1 failed.
    ErrorCode: 10061.
    No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:80

    Any suggestions?

    talking with Gator now, and they have disable my latest plugins updates – inclusive WP security updates which blocked me (the admin) to log in. this is the second time this happens. i will remove this plugin for ever. really bad job with this WP security plugin.
