error code after trying to change theme

Hi

I have tried to change the theme but now can not access the website nor the admin area to make any changes
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘,’ in /home2/frogcott/public_html/wp-content/themes/solo/functions.php on line 203

this is the message i receive when i try to go to the website or the admin area so i can not log in to make any changes. (www.frog-cottage.com)
i am hoping someone can help!
