Ticker loaded but invisible

Hi there,
The ticker has loaded here but appears invisible. It should be appearing above the coloured blocks. https://dev-stage.co.uk/bigriver/
The ticker is being called with <?php if(function_exists(‘ditty_news_ticker’)){ditty_news_ticker(5909);} ?>
Any ideas why it is not displaying correctly, or the scroll firing?
