QW Question Keeps displaying as a post format any time asked Question is clicked

Any time I ask a question it shows as a normal post with excerpt…. And when I click it redirects me stariht back to the page and if I still make any click, it redirects me back to d same page, I saw the read more excerpt link…. Had relateted it my pal abt this same issue, and he iz also seeing the sam problem… I hop u get my plght need help…
