@alkalinewaterplus the current version is 3.8.14.3 if you are truly using something numbered 3.14 then either someone tampered with your install or someone has purposely altered your version.

Thanks for answering, and so sorry, it’s called 3.8.14.1

BTW I’m looking for a developer to help me whenever 3.9 version comes out. I don’t want to upgrade without help, because the last time I tried to upgrade [to 3.8.14.3] my site broke. Since my site is my livelihood I can’t afford another bad situation like this.

Also, I’m trying to find tutorials for each aspect of the plugin and couldn’t find them. Do you have a tutorial page?

We maintain a list of developers we have had good experience with on our main site.
    https://getshopped.org/consultant

There is a link on our sites homepage titled “Documentation” I would start there for basic config and setup
    https://docs.getshopped.org

Regarding upgrades. I always advise that a live functional site should not be directly upgraded. I prefer to do all upgrades on a clone of the site. I tend to do my upgrades offline using a clone made using Backup Buddy and a application called Mamp. https://www.mamp.info/en/

Upgrading a live store is NEVER recommended.

    Edward
