    I also have this issue on my site. I tried fixing the z-index but I couldn’t get it to work.
    Did you find a solution?

    I set this style in my custom css:

    .yith_magnifier_zoom_wrap {
	z-index: 98;
}

    The navigation in my theme was set to 99, so making it one less than that did the trick (it was set to 999).
