Settings menu misses two options

Have this weird issue with latest update. After trouble localizing which css file is being used by NGG I noticed that the ‘Other options’ settings tab misses the two options ‘Styles’ and ‘Roles & capabiliteit’. I use NGG in a WP network installation. Switched of some plugins to look for possible conflict but no luck. Ideas? thanks in advance.
