Problem with special chars and weight of title

  • Hi, two questions about the use of your plugin.

    First, when I search text containing special characters ( C++ , C#, … ) the search does not find anything , do you have a solution?
    Second, despite having given a weight of 500 titles, when I search “Java” , not the “Java” section that comes first but another containing the word Java. Would it be possible to display first items matching perfectly with the research?

    Relevanssi removes all punctuation by default. You can use the relevanssi_remove_punctuation filter to preserve some or all punctuation.

    Relevanssi gives the results in the order of relevancy. It may be the other post is considered more valuable than the one you think is the most important. It’s hard to say for sure without knowing further details.
