Search exclude matches

Hi,
I have a question:

in my search menu, I have various concepts with various options to select (check), for example:
A. Vehicle: 1) car 2) van
B. Capacity: 1) Five people 2) six people 3) seven people

If I want to get results from all Cars: I checked. A. 1)
OK, correct result.

If I want to get results from all Cars and all Vans: I checked A. 1) and A. 2)
OK, correct result.

If I want to get results from all Vehicles (cars and vans) with a capacity of five people: I checked B. 1)
OK, correct result.

but … If I want to get results only Cars with capacity of five people: then I checked A. 1) and B.- 1)
Now I get a wrong result:
I get all Cars (with all capabilities), and all Vehicles by capacity of five people (cars and vans)!

As I can get only cars with capacity of five personas??
