Slickquiz works on Preview, not Live!

OK, weird problem here. I finally got the quiz how I wanted it and published it today – and all I could see on my page was the output with ALL of the questions and ALL of the answers. It worked perfectly in the “preview” of my browser at “/?p=16811&preview=true” but not so much live at “/the-pressure-cooker-recipe-converter/”
I’ve excepted it form my caching and css combine plug-ins. Any idea what else could be causing this?
