Related Post Thumbnails

Hi,

we’ve created posts without featured image before installing the plugin.
After activating the plugin it seems to have picked up on one random image.
Even after we’ve updated all the posts with a new feature image, it still doesn’t
pick up the feature images as thumbnails in the related post.

How can we make the related posts use the featured images instead?
