• I am operating a business directory website, using a theme which has content of three major types:

    1) Posts (typical dated blog posts);
    2) Pages (typical static pages); and
    3) Listings.

    These listings are the core of the business directory, and each listing for a customer has a full page of content, with a photo gallery, social media links, text overview, etc.

    When I pulled up the Bulk Editor tool in my Yoast SEO plug in (version 1.6.3, not premium), it only recognizes the POSTS as well as a few transaction/order pages (no actual content). It fails to recognize or present to me the 1500+ business listings which have each been individually optimized through Yoast.

    Why is it that the Yoast plug in doesn’t recognize this form of my content?

    I don’t see any missing fields or settings which deal with this issue, and, I wonder, if the plug-in doesn’t recognize this unique category of content, is that content not being optimized properly despite my getting a “green light” on each listing?

    Is this considered “custom fields” and thus I need a separate plug in to edit those listings?
