Looking for house rental theme

Hi there,

I am now looking for days, but I cannot find the right theme for me. I need a theme for house/villa rental that allowes to search for available houses. Best would be if also (but not only) a google map is displayed on the home page. I have houses only in a certain region, so the map could show this region. Well, that’s not a problem. I have check several themes and I also bought some and I also use some others for other sites. For example, I use the Voyage theme (from themefuse) for my accommodation and tour rental site.
However, this theme is not good enough for my house rental. The house rental should allow to put in period pricing (different period, different price) and search for example for houses within a certain distance to the beach.
I have seen the Tour Operator theme, which comes close to what I want. But before buying this one, I want to check out what other themes could be interesting for me.
Real Estate themes mostly don’t have a pricing table (only one selling price) and no search for availability.
of course the theme should support WPML, google maps etc.
Also, a booking engine is preferred.

Which themes can you suggest?
