CSV import

    Hi newyorkjenn,
    Hummm, I’m pretty sure the sample CSV file works. Are you by chance using a Mac? It uses a different CSV format than the PC, and if you open the sample, then re-save it on a Mac, it won’t work. If you are using Excel, it has options to save in Mac or PC format.

    Thanks for your email. You are absolutely correct, I am using a MAC. Thanks for the tip. I will open it and try to save in PC format, or just find a PC!
