Update breaks ticker

I’m not seeing a DItty News Ticker on your site. Could you point me to a page/location where I should be seeing it?

Hi, I have Ditty installed on a website, no errors in the console but it’s not displaying. I de-activated all the plugins which were not in use. I would appreciate some help from you. Thanks.

It looks like you’ve place your ticker within .container & .row divs. Try removing the .row div and place the ticker directly in the .container div.

Also, please run through this FAQ https://metaphorcreations.ticksy.com/faq/1483 to rule out conflicts with any other plugins or themes. In order to truly test this you need to disable all other plugins, not just plugins you are not using anymore.

If this doesn’t help you out can you create a ticket here https://metaphorcreations.ticksy.com/ and provide temporary FTP access so I can do a bit of testing?
