Upgraded and some Media Images are missing and can't upload new ones.

    After upgrading to 4.0 some of my images are not showing up in the pages/posts as well as library. However if I inspect the image and use the full path it shows up. I can’t even add new images. It shows it uploading and then just a blank box. I need to get this fixed fast please!
    I already know it is not a theme issue because the same problem happens with the default theme.
    All of my uploads folders and sub-folders are 755.

    I just realized that this is ONLY happening in Chrome. Everything shows up in firefox and IE on the front end and the media uploader works fine in both other browsers. Any idea what I should do? I primarily use Chrome.
