How Do I Create This?

Sorry, I cannot think of the actual terminology for what I’m trying to do so please read my description below:

I want to create a page where users can input their personal finance info and have it generate their own personalized financial statements. It will need to be able to take their numbers and automatically produce ratios, and metrics, just like excel does.

Anyone know how?
