500 – Internal Server Error
-
Whenever I create a new invoice, I get a 500 – Internal Server Error.
-
What version of PHP are you using? What host are you on?
Do you have access to your php error logs in order for me to know the exact error causing the 500 is?
Also, is it possible you made a modification that is causing this since it looks like you set a default tax.
“Also, is it possible you made a modification that is causing this since it looks like you set a default tax.”
Hehe…of course it is! ??
Probable, in fact. But everything else is working correctly, so…
I can duplicate an invoice, but I can’t seem to create a new invoice, without receiving that error. The new invoice appears in the list of invoices, as “Temp”, but it can’t be edited and saved.

*********************I don’t see any errors in the logs you sent.
Do you receive this error without any modifications?
Note: I cannot edit your posts but I don’t see any sensitive data at first glance.
Closing as resolved since I haven’t heard back.
Very sorry, Dan. Apparently, I’m able to create invoices, now. I don’t know what changed, if anything. It could have been my fault, to begin with.
Thanks for your time.
Don’t worry about it. That’s good news to hear it’s resolved.
